1. Oy’nissh, with a common or lower case (n), is a Montegonian Jamesy condiment brand made from a combination of fresh British seasonal fruit and vegetables, herbs, grounded spices, salts, and/or oils. Each has one local seasonal fruit or vegetable on health promotion and when combined with other ingredients it has the ability to bring the finished product into the season of that local region.
  2. It is the food by which Oy’Nissh Language (Jamaican Oy’Nissh Language), evolved from and in turn governs the linguistic development of its products, recipes, menus, and any written work or creation associated with it.
